Common questions

How do I link my child's account?
On the parent dashboard, tap Add child. If your child has their own email, send them a connection request. For kids under 13, you’ll set up their account and share a one-time access code so they can sign in on their device.
What does my child see, and what do I see?
Children see their own planner — what’s due, what’s next, what they’ve completed. Parents see a digest: counts and the next few items, not every action or completion. By design, Dues is not a surveillance tool.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to You Delete account. We’ll process the request within 30 days, as described in our privacy policy. If you no longer have access to the app, use the account deletion form instead.
Does Dues show ads or sell my data?
No to both. Account info is used to sign you in and sync your planner across devices. See our privacy policy for the full picture.
